Hope for the Future

If you are ever made to believe that your future is at the mercy of the people around you or the situation you are in, then I want you to remind yourself of this: you have a choice.

You have a choice, my darling.

You have a choice to do what’s best for you and your future.

You can choose to do what will bring peace to your heart.

People will try to sell you false hopes and hurtful ideas. But remember, you do not have to buy them.

People may tell you that you have no hope for the future, but the truth is my dear, no one knows what the future holds or even if they will rise tomorrow.

At some point, you need to take a step back and listen to what your heart tells you. This will give you the opportunity to consider if the next move you take may destroy the peace of your heart or lead to a deeper sense of contentment.

Pray. Then hear what your heart has to say. Prayer is that step back, giving you a bird’s eye view of your situation. When you pray, you remove yourself from the burden of everyone else’s expectations and you focus on what Allah wants you to do. And you realise that He has the best plan for you. He is there and He always will be, to take care of you and guide you to the places you are meant to be.💗

And remember, you do not put your hopes in the future because you may never reach it, but we will all return to Allah so put your hope in Him. You may feel depressed about the future, but do not despair in Allah and His infinite love and mercy. Allah is here and He has blessed you with everything you have and everything you need. He knows what you need to grow, develop and flourish in your faith. Take this as a chance to strengthen the most important relationship and commitment you will ever have in your entire life: your connection with Allah. You need Him more than you think. Find comfort in remembering Him, praying to Him and telling Him about everything you’re going through. He will listen to you and respond. He will show you the way. ❤
